Cancellation Policy
🌺 Cycle Kapili Cancelation Policy “We’re flexible—but not bendy like a bike chain.” Life happens. Waves call. Tires pop. If you need to cancel or reschedule, here’s how to keep the ride smooth: 🕒 Cancelation: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. That way, we can reroute our mobile magic to another rider. 🔁 Rescheduling: You’ve got up to 12 hours before your appointment to shift gears—no charge. 🚫 Same-Day Cancel or No-Show: We might not show up next time. We still love you, but our time’s valuable too. 🌧️ Weather & Access: We roll rain or shine (we’re not made of sugar). If it’s stormy or sketchy, we’ll reschedule for free. Not home? Leave us a note or a coconut with instructions. 📲 How to Cancel: Use your booking link, text us, or call. Carrier pigeon also accepted (but not preferred). Mahalo for keeping Kona cruisin’!
