If you need to cancel or reschedule, here’s how to keep the ride smooth: 🕒 Cancelation: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. That way, we can reroute our mobile magic to another rider. 🔁 Rescheduling: You’ve got up to 12 hours before your appointment to shift gears—no charge. 🚫 Same-Day Cancel or No-Show: We might not show up next time. We still love you, but our time’s valuable too. 🌧️ Weather & Access: We roll rain or shine (we’re not made of sugar). If it’s stormy or sketchy, we’ll reschedule for free. Not home?
